On the 29th of January, around fifty Explorer Scouts from six of the eight Units from around the District gathered in the 1st Falkirk Scout Hall for a big Burns Supper. It started off with the Immortal Memory and an Address to the Haggis, read by explorers. This was followed by a traditional meal of Haggis, Neeps, and Tatties with some Irn bru (of course)! There was a toast to the lassies, and a reply from the lassies before they finished the night with some ceilidh dancing. A big thank you to the members of the Scouts Scotland Active Support for their hard work in the kitchen.
